What are your delivery / collection options?

We currently have the following options available

Royal Mail Domestic Delivery (UK)

* Signed For 1st Class

This service is suitable for non-urgent orders. Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays, it is not guaranteed and may take longer than usual. A signature is required upon delivery so someone will need to be at home to sign for the item.

* Guaranteed Special Delivery

This is our standard option which guarantees next day delivery from Royal Mail. This delivery requires a signature so someone will need to be at home to sign for the item. This service does not include Saturday delivery, but we can arrange it for a small extra cost. If you wish to receive it on Saturday, please choose ‹ Saturday Delivery › as a delivery method when you place an order online.

* Guaranteed Special Delivery

If you order online before 13:00pm (Mon- Fri), your pass will be ready for collection same day after 14:00pm.
Please note that any orders made on Friday after 13:00pm, at the weekend and public holidays may take longer to process.

* Royal Mail Special Delivery, UK Domestic

This is our standard option which guarantees next day delivery from Royal Mail. This delivery requires a signature so someone will need to be at home to sign for the item. This service does not offer delivery on Saturday, but we can arrange it for a small extra cost. If you wish to receive it on Saturday, please choose ‹ Saturday Delivery › as a delivery method when you place an order online.

* FedEx International Priority, DHL and OCS, Worldwide

This is our fastest delivery option with some countries in Europe offering next day delivery. This is a great option if you need a JR Pass delivered within a short period of time, or you live in a country where the postal service is less reliable. Please contact us if you would like to confirm an exact delivery time estimate.

* Royal Mail International Signed For, European Countries Only

This is our standard overseas delivery service. Please note that once the package has left the UK it is not possible to track using Royal Mail track and trace service. The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 working days or sometime even more, but this can vary with individual countries and the efficiency of the postal service available.
